*First selection (~10-15% of total amount) of images delivered within first week after the event, the rest of images will be delivered 2 - 3 weeks after the event. Faster turnaround possible for additional fee.

Corporate events are often business driven. I will capture key moments and important aspects of the event which you can use for your marketing in the future. I cover conferences, awards, networking, Christmas parties, and more. For 1 - 2 hr shoot, you will get 70 - 140+ images in .jpeg. No RAW files provided.
Starting from $600/hr, reduced rate for next hour + travel expenses if outside Auckland.
Rate includes my time on the day, post editing/ processing time.
NB! To use images on billboards for advertising, the client needs to obtain a commercial license which is an additional fee.

Before your event, a deposit of $300 will be required to reserve your date. This pays for my time on the day. The remaining balance must be settled before the delivery of the complete image set. While the deposit is non-refundable, it is possible to transfer* it to a different date in case of unsuitable weather or an unexpected emergency. My aim is to stay flexible and accommodating to your needs, as I understand that life can be unpredictable at times.
Following your session, you can expect to receive your beautifully edited gallery of images within 3 to 4 weeks. You'll be able to view and share these images online, as well as download them directly to your computer for safekeeping.
